Project Reflection

Conclusion

This project explores the relationship between form and function through the redesign of a bridge system that meets both structural and visual demands. Incorporating a 30’ x 40’ opening required careful consideration of performance and design. Through this process, I strengthened my understanding of structural systems and how engineering and architecture work together.

Key Takeaways

• Improved understanding of structural systems and load behavior

• Strengthened AutoCAD modeling and visualization skills

• Explored the balance between form and function
